After our little shooting adventure, my friends and I decided to take some beat up trails and see where they took us. Jason and his brothers were in one car and the other four of us were in Marc's car. Jason led the way for awhile and then Marc took over. We came to a very rocky area that we didn't think we'd be able to pass. But never underestimate Marc or his Toyota 4Runner! He drove up those things like they were nothin!
After a few minutes of intense knocking about, we made it to the peak of a mountain that overlooked Utah Lake. It was spectacular!
My only regret is that Jason and his brothers couldn't experience that with us (they weren't sure they could get over the rocks). I really wish they could have been there!

What a great view. Is that on the West side of the lake looking across to the Wasatch Mountains?
Yeah, we were on the west side of the lake. It was beautiful!
