I'm sitting here watching Fox 13 news while I eat my dinner and they just did a news story on the Mountain View Corridor that will be built on the west side of the salt lake valley. They mentioned that most of the road will be built during "the next 4 construction seasons".
My question is this: What exactly is a "construction season" in Utah? I thought our seasons were fall construction, winter construction, spring construction and summer construction.
So are they saying it will take one year (four seasons) to build this road or are they saying it will take four years to build this road?
