My sister (and her baby) drove up to my parent's house this past weekend to help me with my quilt. My mom wasn't able to help sew due to having just had foot surgery, but she still helped with the pressing. When we finished sewing a row, she took the iron to it.
Making an unannounced visit was my younger sister who just stopped in to borrow some cookie sheets. She stayed and entertained the baby for us so the rest of us could work.
Here's to another day just like this so I can get the rest of my quilt top done! Well, I can actually get it done without another day like this, but why? It's more fun with other people!
* Sewer - as in a person who sews, not a conduit below ground that carries sewage.

It looks great! The brown ties the squares (blocks?, whatever you call them) together.
Do you need me to find you some material so you can make me a quilt next??? You know just in case you are looking for the next project. You know so you don't have to stress on coming up with where to put the next quilt. I know, I know how sweet of me to offer but I'm just thinking of you.
Love the * comment, priceless :) I am jealous you're such an amazing quilter! I think I pick too complex patterns, oops, now I know, or maybe I'm a little bit of a perfectionist!
