February:
Valentine's day proved to be so nice and relaxing. Neither Ryan and are big fans of the overly commercialized holiday so we spent the evening at home together. He got me flowers, I got him chocolates and he made me a delicious orange/cranberry chicken dinner. It was to die for!
Also in February, my younger sister got engaged! She is marrying such an amazing guy and we are all so excited for them both. Their big day will be June 9th so stay tuned for more on that!
March:
Surprisingly enough, March has been a fairly mellow month. Ryan is in the process of looking into applying for graduate school. So if everything goes well with that he could start school again in the Fall. Otherwise he most likely wouldn't start until next Spring.
We also had our first speaking assignments in church yesterday. Both went very well and we got a lot of compliments, but basically we're just glad to have that over with. Too much stress. :)
We also found out my sister is having another baby! This will make baby #8 for her (and grandkid #22 for my parents). We are all so excited to have another little one to keep us entertained. We look forward to his/her arrival in August!
Two months of marriage so far and it's been fantastic! We always look forward to the days where we can go home from work and not have to do anything! But we also look forward to days where we get to go do fun things, like this:
We're going to see this Wednesday night. I am so excited! A night out with my husband? Yes, please!
